On Thursday August 19th, the Vice Chair of the Chester Water Authority Board sent a letter to Mayor Kirkland with thirty-seven (37) pages of attachments. A complete copy is attached to this email.

The letter is an example of the different kinds of pressures that have been put on the Mayor and the City Council in an attempt to force the City government to support a hostile takeover of the Chester Water Authority.
Your constituents would greatly benefit if all of the questions raised in the letter were honestly answered.
